Windows 95 doesn't recognize my SCSI CD-ROM

You can get the DOS driver mini406a.sys working by using /IRQ=no command line parameter. Then load the cdrom.sys as usual and Windows 95 will recognize your cd-rom drive. Another tip is to enable double buffering (Click the Start button, point to Settings, then click Control Panel, double-click System, select the Device Manager tab, select your controller / Properties).
