Resolving Print Problems in Internet Explorer/Outlook Express
By: Arie SlobIf you are having trouble printing from Internet Explorer and/or Outlook Express, check the MIME settings for the TMP file type:
- From Explorer, select View > Folder Options
- Select the File Types tab
- Scroll down to the entry for TMP file
- The Content Type (MIME) should be text/html
To change the Content Type:
- From point 4 above, click on Edit
- From the Content Type (MIME) drop-down box select text/html
- Click twice on OK to close
