Resolving Print Problems in Internet Explorer/Outlook Express

If you are having trouble printing from Internet Explorer and/or Outlook Express, check the MIME settings for the TMP file type:

  1. From Explorer, select View > Folder Options
  2. Select the File Types tab
  3. Scroll down to the entry for TMP file
  4. The Content Type (MIME) should be text/html

To change the Content Type:

  1. From point 4 above, click on Edit
  2. From the Content Type (MIME) drop-down box select text/html
  3. Click twice on OK to close
