Turn off the Recycle Bin's delete confirmation prompt

To turn off the Recycle Bin's delete confirmation prompt:

Right-click the Recycle Bin
Select Properties from the context menu, and select the Global tab
Make sure that the check box for Display delete confirmation dialog box is unchecked
