Display Administrative Tools on Start screen
By: Arie SlobIf you use the Windows 8 Start screen and you frequently use Windows Administrative tools you may be pleased to know that Microsoft has included a simple switch to get all of the admin tools on the new Start screen.
Open the Charms bar and select Settings, then click Tiles. Now just 'flip' the 'switch' for Show administrative tools to yes (Figure) 
. Click on an empty part of your Start screen to close the Tile settings bar.
Navigate to the far right on your Start screen to see all your Administrative tools. Note that the image below shows you the tools included in Windows 8 Pro, which has a few more tools then Windows 8 (Figure)
